Today in The View, one of the programs hosts, the actress/comedian Joy Behar, probably the most non-partisan of all the program’s host, in her usual candid manner referring to the abduction of the Venezuelan oil tanker that was on its way to Cuba, said “Oh, well, now we know. It was all about the oil.”
This recognition, echoes what Florida’s Republican Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar said a couple of days ago reflecting how beneficial USA occupation of Venezuela would be to the oil companies of the USA.
Figure what this means. Over 80 people have been murdered by bombing small boats in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific under the excuse that the U.S. government was waging a “war” against narco-traffickers. Narco- traffickers that Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, hasn’t been able to identify a single one those murdered.
The few people that have been identified as having perished in these attacks all of them have been identified as fishermen. This ruse about attacking Venezuela as being a conduit for Fentanyl has even been denied by U.S. government officials. But the lure of possessing all that oil makes “greed-addicts” start imagining scenarios that will provide an excuse to invade Venezuela.
This, my friends, has lured the Trump administration to even invent a drug cartel “Cartel de Los Soles.” The administration is doing this trying to raise public support for its planned invasion of Venezuela.
My friends, we are about to see the development of Iraq 2.0. And let’s be honest, this time the excuse being used for the invasion is much more transparent than with Iraq. The lie with Venezuela has already been uncovered prior to the invasion.
This whole effort is part and parcel of maintaining the Western Hemisphere under the control of the USA. National sovereignty for the rest of the hemisphere is just “communist” propaganda. There is no such thing as national sovereignty for people meant to be subservient to the USA.
Today (12/11/25) President Trump just announced the imminent invasion of Venezuela including the abduction of all the oil tankers that they could get their hands on. What we are seeing right in front of our eyes is state-sponsored piracy. I am sure, Trump seeing that the Zionists have been able to get away performing a genocide right in front of the whole world and violate every ceasefire that they have signed, Trump feels empowered to also do the same thing and not even pretend anymore that he is not just doing what he wants to do.
Of course, there is always the possibility that sane minds will say we need to deal with this cancer before it spreads all over and we have the long awaited “Third World War.”
And please don’t forget “It was all about the oil.”
