The United States needs to build a massive Anti-War movement as soon as possible.
As United States hegemony continues to weaken, the possibility of war increases geometrically as the oligarchs in control tremble in fear that their privileges will disappear. As we are seeing right now the United States is very, very close to starting a war with Venezuela under the bogus pretense of preventing drugs from coming into the United States. Provoking a war we have murdered over 70 people from different countries anxiously looking for a response so we can start killing Venezuelans in large numbers.
I don’t know about you, but I never heard of any drugs coming into the USA from Venezuela until a few weeks ago. This smells like another fabrication put together by Marco Rubio and the oil enthusiasts surrounding the Trump administration. After all, Venezuela has by far the largest oil reserves in the planet. And you know our Greed Machine has a vivid imagination as far as usurping other people’s national resources is concerned. We should never forget the weapons of mass destruction fib utilized to invade Iraq. That fib cost Iraq two million people and millions of others displaced. But who cares?
The three headed monster of Trump, Rubio and Stephen Miller know very well about the possibility of Venezuela becoming another Iraq. They are trying to sell to the American people that invading Venezuela is going to be a walk in a park. They are insinuating that Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro is going to abandon ship. It could be that Rubio and others in the Greed Machine are projecting into Maduro what they would do if they were in his same situation. They don’t realize that those who have the mindset of people over profits are very different to those that have the mentality of profits over people. Venezuela has eight million people ready to fight to defend their homeland from foreign occupation. Our troops are fighting to satisfy our Greed Machine zest for oil. We have gone through this experience before. Also, Venezuela has received the support of several nations that their support should not be discounted as bluster. We can be sure that it’s not going to be a walk in the park.
And we have only talked about Venezuela. We haven’t mentioned the “great” enemy of the Greed Machine – the People’s Republic of China. Soon, if not already, the first economy in the world, united through the BRICS with other hated nations of color. And the White Supremacists inside the Greed Machine can’t stand that ignominy! They would love to bomb those yellow-skinned communists back into the stone age.
Let’s face it, our world hegemony is over, and we have a choice as a nation of either a soft landing or a hard crash. We need the Left and other Progressives to come together as quickly as possible to repeat what we once did with the Vietnam War. Let’s not wait until the body bags start coming to our shores.
