“It’s just a matter of hours that the US will be “achieving” the 200,000 mark of people that have died because of Covid-19. For most in the white supremacist front is a moment of joy since it is calculated that 50% of the deaths from Covid-19 are minorities, and most of the whites dying are elderly folks that were already invited to sacrifice their lives for the sake of the economy.The truth is that with the leadership of President Trump there is no room for us to get better. Notice the misbehavior of the President’s supporters. Conservatives complain that people in the Black Lives Matter demonstrations don’t get criticized for congregating, but supporters of the President do. There is a simple reason that this happens and has nothing to do with political leanings, it has to do with the simple fact that most demonstrators wear masks to protect themselves and to protect others, but the followers of the President refuse to wear masks because masks infringe in their “freedom.“ Freedom to hurt themselves and others. So as a consequence of their behavior, as seen from the bike rally in Sturgis, North Dakota, it is estimated that 260,000 people across the nation have become infected with Covid-19 because most people at the rally didn’t use masks. With this defiant attitude against scientific recommendations, the President and his minions are intent in reopening schools and the economy.The problem we have is that President Trump is an impediment to the well-being of the nation. We all saw the picture of his meeting with Governor Newsom of California. The Governor wearing his mask and President Trump without a mask spouting nonsense at taxpayers expense.
